Adam’s practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, capacity and guardianship disputes, appellate advocacy, and estate administration. He has a depth of experience in will challenges, fiduciary accounting, will interpretation applications, and dependant’s relief matters. Adam is a designated Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has a STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates. He holds degrees in both civil and common law.

Zara is dedicated to providing timely and reliable service.
Zara’s interest in litigation stems from her experience as a caseworker at Parkdale Community Legal Services, where she was an advocate for low-income individuals in the community and represented clients at the Social Benefits Tribunal. She became interested in estates law when she assisted one such client with their inheritance and property issues.
