Aesha practices in the real estate, corporate/commercial, and estate planning department at Cohen Highley LLP. She practices in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Aesha also represents clients on land development projects and land use planning. She has ample experience in representing landlords in commercial lease transactions.
Aesha’s estate planning practice includes working with a diverse range of clients and planning their estate in a manner that best serves their needs as well as ensuring their estate is structured in a manner that best serves their needs in ensuring their loved ones are well taken care of, in accordance with their wishes. She has experience in planning estates for families with special needs members. Her focus also includes using multiple wills in order to avoid unnecessary probate tax.
Aesha advises clients on the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts. She also advises estate trustees on all aspects of the estate administration process, which in turn, allows her to foresee any potential issues an estate might encounter during the planning phase so that she can advise her clients accordingly.
