The Capacity Clinic is a team of multidisciplinary leaders (including clinical, legal and academic communities) that are committed to improving the way all people by:
1. identify the signs of diminishing capacity and/or susceptibility to undue influence;
2. accessing specialized capacity evaluation resources, when an opinion is needed;
3. exchange personal information for the purposes of a capacity evaluation;
4. utilizing the consensus of the medical-legal leaders to establish improved procedures when carrying out an opinion of capacity and/or undue influence in Canada.
