CHRISTINE BRUNSDEN

I earned my title “Calm Christine” the hard way.

I was born into a family with a sister who lived her entire life with significant physical and mental function disabilities and although my career as a Trust and Estate Practitioner prepared me to provide support to my father with dementia, mother in a wheelchair, daughter with ADHD and other disabilities, and two grandchildren with developmental and physical disabilities, I was not prepared for the difficulties I would face when trying to get my daughter’s Disability Tax Credit application completed and approved.

My personal and professional experiences are the driving force behind me creating businesses to help people learn, prepare, be guided and be calmed through their experiences with aging, disability and dying so they can live life on their terms no matter what life throws at them.

PETER CURTIS

I am a paralegal in Ontario with 20 years experience in medical representation. I have successfully completed thousands of DTC applications and bring extensive knowledge of what constitutes a successful application to this process.

I am excited to be a co-founder of Benefits2, a web-based application that has found a way to help Canadians with disabilities and their medical practitioners to complete their Disability Tax Credit application in a simplified process that saves medical practitioners time, for a fraction of what our competitors charge while still maintaining a very high rate of success.
