Join us for a conversation with family mediator Jennifer Sanders to see what happens in a separation negotiation. Jennifer is an experienced mediator whose goal is to reduce friction in negotiations and increase her clients’ knowledge about their current situation and how decisions now will impact their future situation. She will work through a case study of a family who decided to separate and needed to make decisions about minor children, how to divide a business and agree on support payments. Understanding the separation process can help us identify places where we can help clients make decisions, see when and how their estate needs and decisions change and increase our knowledge about what the courts do and don’t consider when families re-organize.
Jennifer’s practice is entirely remote; all of her client meetings take place on zoom. She can work with families anywhere in Ontario. We’re pleased that our group will experience Jennifer the way her clients experience her- on zoom!
